Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk - Elk Grove, CA

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk for a reputable company located in Elk Grove. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a stable team with long-term potential through our temp-to-hire model.

Responsibilities:

Process customer billing and generate invoices accurately and on time
Post incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
Handle AR aging, follow-ups, and collections of past-due accounts
Assist with account research and resolving discrepancies
Support month-end AR processes
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

3+ year of Accounts Receivable or Billing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in data entry and basic Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Elk Grove
